However, please do know that miscasts can bend the eye bolt or tail propeller. ※ When the rear hook is removed, the SCRATCH will make even greater turns as if a joint has been taken off. Rear hook-less setting is recommended for casting around overhang and bush and attacking small spots like reeds very slowly. Because there is no rear hook, castability and slip-through ability in tight cover improves dramatically.
